Tom and Lucy

A rainy day wedding in Warwickshire – Tom and Lucy were married at the Lord Leycester Hospital (not an actual hospital) in Warwick and then celebrated with a reception in a marquee in their parents house. Tom and Lucy booked without meeting me – so a few months before we met in a local coffee shop, where Lucy told me the llamas were being evicted to make way for the marquee – Llamas?!? Now there’s something you don’t hear about in your average wedding preparations. Luckily the Llamas seemed to enjoy their new home, and the attention from all the guests, as the wedding breakfast proceeded with no care for the rain. Tom and Lucy had put a lot of thought into the tables, favours, placecards etc. at their reception, with name cards for people to write their ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’ on, and a finger print tree for a guest book! But a wedding isn’t really about all the things, it’s about the people, and Tom, Lucy and their family are some of the nicest you could hope to meet. Especially for the honour of photographing one of the most important days of their lives.
