Naomi and Joe – Locko Park and Nether Burrowes Wedding Photos

Naomi and Joe were married at Locko Park in Derby, a venue I’d never worked at before but Nina the events manager was fantastic in showing me around beforehand. After their wedding Naomi and Joe went back to a papakata teepee (or tipi, one of the two) at Nether Burrowes farm near Derby for a fantastic evening reception!

One of these days I’m going to analyse how many times I say ‘fantastic’ on the blog, must improve vocabulary! (Just read back through an old post, I’ve already told myself off for over using the exact same word – apologies for the odd insights into my mind

April and May 2012 will go down as, well, wet. The moment the hosepipe ban kicks in, the heavens open and no one thinks it’s going to stop. We talk about the ‘summer’ as being those two weeks in April and never think it’s going to stop. And then Sally buys umbrella’s – plenty of umbrella’s – and readies her wellies. Thus ensuring glorious weather. Glorious sunshine for the whole day, make of that what you will.

A very special day, bringing two families together from across the globe – Matt is Australian and lots of his family travelled across the globe to be in sunny Woolsthorpe by Belvoir!

Madeleine and James – Harts Hotel Nottingham – Preview

This is the start of mad May (no, not the one off Eastenders), a bonkers month of weddings and pre-wedding shoots, so to kick it all off we have a preview from Madeleine and James’ wedding at Harts Hotel in Nottingham – when the whole week said “RAIN”, saturday said “OK, here’s a break”. A break that the cricket and music loving bride and groom took full advantage of.
