Sleep Terrorist Update - 20/02/10
Just a few pictures to update you on Oli's progress. We seem to have most of it worked out (well, as worked out as new parents can be, which means we think we might be doing some things right) except for going to sleep in the evening. No matter how much we try he just will not settle between 7-10. Still, if that's the most of our worries then we should be thankful I guess! We have pretty consistent smiles now, hoping for giggles soon!
Sarah & Alex | Wedding Photo Slideshow | Lincolnshire - 18/01/10
And from all the way back in 2009, Alex and Sarah had a fantastic winter wedding in Louth in Lincolnshire. The wedding was held at probably that largest church in Lincolnshire (OK, go ahead and correct me fact fans) and one of the most authentic town halls I've seen, complete with organ and organ player. So scroll down, hit play and enjoy.
Cheers!

Portfolio update - 17/01/10
Wait, what's this, a website within a website? Fear not, it's just a screen shot of the portfolio pages on the main site. I've just had a big overhaul of the portfolio galleries on the website and though I'd let you all know. Now instead of one gallery with a measly 35 pictures in, we have 5 galleries with more than 100 pictures in. Divided up into different sections of the wedding day, this way you can see much more of my work, so have a nosey around!
Cheers

Oli - 10/01/10
Well we're six weeks in, having hit the lows of sleep deprivation and the highs of trying to coax a smile out of the little one (we get the odd one, still working on it).
So here's a few pictures from the last six weeks, just to keep you all up to date! Unsurprisingly I have taken a fair few....
A bit of a plug... - 08/01/10
...for a new blog I've started. In an effort to push myself and dedicate more time to taking pictures outside of weddings, I'm trying to publish one photo per day for the year of 2010. Sometimes these will be wedding pictures (if I've been at a wedding, it'll be difficult to take a picture of anything else), but most of the time they'll be fairly random.
I didn't take enough time to take pictures for myself in 2009 and, because I'm dedicated to getting better and 'practice makes perfect' here's an outlet for my personal work, with a bit of added pressure.
So if you'd like to follow along, you can see the pictures at: http://www.photoday.posterous.com/, where you can subscribe to the RSS feed if you're RSS inclined, or you can follow me on Twitter at @JonRouston where I'll post an alert (or 'tweet' - gah!) each time I publish a photo.
I'm counting on you all to bully me if I fall behind...
Cheers
Jon
